How to Bid
Bidding On-Line
We utilize two on-line bidding platforms, along with phone and/or absentee bidding to place bids. Live Auctioneers and Invaluable are our on-line bidding platforms to host our auctions. You may choose whichever platform you like best. The buyers premium is the same for both platforms, 28%. The bidding will continue for each lot, until one final bidder remains from ANY of the three platforms of bidding.
Phone/Absentee Bidding
Bidding by phone is a great way to get in on the action at Regency Auction House. To begin, you must first register with Regency Auction House. To do so, you must fill out the absentee/phone bid form below and submit your bids a minimum of 24 hours prior to the auction you wish to take part in. Once received and processed, a staff member will acknowledge receipt and registration and request any additional information that may be needed. Once the auction has begun, phone bidders will have the opportunity to bid on the current lot.
If submitting an Absentee Bid make sure to include the top limit of each bid in the amount that correlates with the appropriate bidding increment. Bids with improper bid increments will be taken at the lower bid amount. The buyers premium is 23% for phone and absentee bidding.
