Selling with Regency
Regency Auction House will make the selling of your property quick and easy. Whether you want to sell it outright or consign with us.
Based on auction estimates, you and a Regency Auction House specialist will decide whether your property is appropriate for sale at auction. We will also recommend an appropriate venue and possible sale date. If you decide to proceed, you will sign a contract, and Regency Auction House will take the property in for cataloguing and photography.
If you decide to consign to Regency Auction House, we will recommend the appropriate auction sale for your items to be sold at. We will then fill out a consignment contract. The contract will list all items and fees which apply to your consignment, such as pick-up fees (if applicable), insurance, advertising, commission rates, etc..
